New from Groove Masters Percussion: The Tubolo.

Take a typical tube-style drum, cross it with a Brazilian Rebolo and you have perhaps one of the most versatile hand percussion drums yet. The Tubolo features Groove Masters' trademark AirDrum system of vents along the bottom of the drum. This allows the drum to project sound without the need to tilt or place the drum onto a stand. Also makes for a lightweight drum. The internal, specially designed Bass Port creates deep and resonant bass tones. 

The playing surface is made from Napa vinyl, which creates a mellow sound and is easy on the hands. 

Tune them to different pitches and use them like congas. Play it on its side like a Brazilian Rebolo. Tune them low and you have a nice set of Gathering drums, African Djun Djuns or Surdos for Samba.
